When will my delivery arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery in metro areas, while rural areas and international shipping may take longer. We provide FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders and exclusively utilise Australia Post. As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking code by email. If you cannot track your order, please contact us at hello@180eyewear.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. For international orders, please note that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you refer to your local authorities for information on customs duties and taxes, as they are not the responsibility of 180EYEWEAR.

Can I change my order?

Returns

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the eyewear must be in its original condition and returned in full. Please note that 180EYEWEAR reserves the right to refuse a return if the eyewear has been damaged or altered in any way. Once we receive your returned eyewear and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the eyewear, within 5-10 business days. Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be returned, in line with our returns policy, unless they are explicitly marked as "FINAL SALE."

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order?

By pre-ordering, you can secure your eyewear in advance of its official collection release. This allows you to reserve your desired items and ensure their availability when the collection becomes available. Once the collection arrives at our warehouse, customers who have placed pre-orders will have their orders prioritised for release. This means that pre-order customers will receive their eyewear before the collection is made available.

Can I return my pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders can be returned, in line with our returns policy.

WARRANTY

What does the warranty cover?

Our eyewear is covered by a 12-month warranty. It is important to note that our warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear. Instances such as frame bending or breaking due to external force, lens scratches from normal usage, and damage to small components resulting from everyday wear, are not covered by our warranty.

Due to the nature of handcrafted eyewear manufacturing, you may notice minor variations in colour, texture, or other subtle details from one pair to another. These variations are not flaws but rather a testament to the authenticity of your eyewear. They showcase the individuality and uniqueness of your premium handcrafted eyewear.

How should I care for my eyewear?

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your eyewear, we recommend following these general care guidelines:

  1. Cleaning: Use the microfibre cleaning cloth provided to gently remove smudges, fingerprints, or dirt from the lenses. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lenses or coatings.
  2. Storage: When not in use, store your eyewear in the protective case provided to prevent scratches and accidental damage. Avoid placing them in areas exposed to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods.
  3. Handling: Handle your eyewear with clean hands to avoid transferring oils, lotions, or other substances that may affect the lens clarity or frame finish. Avoid placing them face-down on surfaces to prevent scratches on the lenses.
  4. Avoid Impact: Protect your eyewear from impact or dropping, as this can lead to frame misalignment or lens damage. Always use both hands when putting on or taking off your eyewear to avoid undue stress on the frame.
  5. Lens Protection: To prevent scratches, avoid placing your eyewear face-down on rough or abrasive surfaces. Additionally, refrain from using clothing or tissues to clean the lenses, as they may contain particles that can scratch the lens surface.
  6. Avoid Extreme Conditions: Avoid exposing your eyewear to extreme temperatures, such as leaving them in a hot car or exposing them to freezing temperatures, as this can cause warping or damage to the frame and lenses.

Following these care guidelines will help maintain the quality and appearance of your eyewear, ensuring you can enjoy them for a long time.

Do you offer optical or replacement lenses?

No, regrettably, we do not offer optical or replacement lenses for our eyewear. However, we recommend reaching out to your local optician, who can professionally fit optical lenses to our frames.
